CareerLunch AG is a spin-off from ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. Our young and ambitious team builds the platform behind careerlunch.com to facilitate informal conversations between talents and potential employers. With our work, we want to inspire fulfilling careers through authentic connections. Our mission is to become the new standard in recruitment. Human-centric, AI-powered.

Despite our nascent history, we are already working with many international top employers and are backed by a leading VC. To fuel our rocket ship, we are looking for the right talent to join our team.

Our dev team loves building the platform with the latest tech stack, using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Kubernetes. Our business team covers all other functions such as strategy, sales, customer success and marketing.

In Customer Success, we support our customers in using CareerLunch successfully and finding value in our product. If you have experience in account management, speak German, and enjoy relationship building, supporting customers, and creating a positive customer experience, be sure to submit your CareerLunch request to chat with our team!

Our Business Development & Sales team is responsible for acquiring new customers (B2B) to join our platform. We develop qualified leads, pitch our solution, and foster long-term customer relationships by being a trusted partner.

At our current company size, our co-founder & CEO is responsible for our strategy, finance, and HR. We do not have an opening for these functions at the current time.
