We collaborate with CareerLunch to provide you with a view behind the scenes regarding our business/projects, working environment and culture. Each year, university graduates from different fields of study are given the opportunity to participate in our tailored trainee programme. The traineeship gives participants interesting insights into the energy industry and allows them to gain valuable work experience through challenging project tasks and active participation in daily business. Over an 18 month period, trainees prepare for their professional future in a hands-on way.
